What is the pre-payment and cancellation policy at Rastoni Hotel?
Direct reservations: A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required in order to secure your reservation. Reservations via website: The full amount is charged once the booking is completed. With regards to our cancellation policy, the customer can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. The customer will be charged the 100% of the total reservation cost if the cancellation takes place in the 14 days before arrival. In case of no-show or cut short stays, the customer will be charged the 100% of the total reservation cost.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times at Rastoni Hotel?
Our check-in hours are from 15:00 to 22:00 and our check-out time is at 11:00 am. Should you arrive earlier, please note that luggage storage is provided. If your room is available, we will be more than happy to offer an early check-in.
What are the reception opening hours at Rastoni hotel?
The hotel reception is open from 09:00 in the morning until 22:00 in the evening. Customers that depart before 09.00 am should settle their balance the latest the night before.

Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. If you wish to have your breakfast before 8.00 am or after 10:00 am, please do inform us in advance.

We do offer on-site parking space that is located beneath the hotel. Parking is free of charge and subject to availability. Street parking is also available around the hotel.

Luggage storage is available from 7:00 in the morning till 21.00 in the evening.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome while all public areas and facilities are child friendly. Children from 0 - 3 years old are not charged and the addition of a baby cot or extra bed is free of charge. Children 4 yrs and above are considered adults at this property and are charged accordingly.

Our hotel only serves breakfast.

Avra and Kolona are both the nearest beaches, located about 500 meters from our hotel.
